"But the only ordinary thing in 'Can You Forgive Her?' is the New Jersey beach house where the evening's action takes place.  You know this house:  its small maple dining room set, wooden-armed sofa and faded forest prints on the dark walls scream not-remodeled-since-the-'70s.  (Nice work from scenic designer Lauren Helpern.)
