THREE SECONDS IN THE KEY

Written by Deb Margolin

Produced by New Georges

Directed by Alexandra Aron

Costumes by Veronica Worts

Lighting by Tyler Micoleau

Projections by Elaine J. McCarthy

Baruch Performing Arts Center

"I'm always on the lookout for sets that match the power of words but don't compete with them.  This one, designed by Lauren Helpern, is a wonder.  The living room couch and table are center stage.  But the space around them has been turned into a sports arena.  A basket is upstage center and the key is painted orange and blue, Knick's colors.  Suddenly, five men in Knicks uniforms pour into the theater dribbling, passing, taking practice shots, flooding the place with adrenaline."
